Consider bringing earplugs. The door entry system can be noisy at night, which may disrupt light sleepers.

the service in the room, the cleanliness, the attention toward customers;the newspaper in the early morning in order the customer could inform about the recent news
the staff at the entrance was maybe too professional and i didn't feel the warmth of the hospitality

Newly decorated hotel, I appreciated its central location right by taxi, the historical city center and Parmesan factories. The staff was extremely helpful, they provided a good service. The guest room was brand-new, comfortable bed. Everything was simply fine.

The staff was really helpful & cute. The room was large & comfortable.
It wasn't the cheapest around , but honestly , it was acceptable for what you get.

Hotel staff were efficient. The location was convenient for car parking though the outlook was not very picturesque. The room was generously proportioned and so was the bathroom and we found the bed comfortable. We thought the hotel was very good value for money. Breakfast was good.
We found the lighting in the room was rather dismal. The walls were wood panelled and this made the room seem a bit dark with the lack of strong light.

Nice family hotel near the city center. Breakfast was good. Interior nice.
We had problem to get the early breakfast to the room.

The so-called free parking was a disaster, as there was more trash than cars, and the decorator seemed to be a 5-year-old with a crayon. I would have appreciated a warm welcome gift for enduring the uncomfortably loud keyless entry system, but alas, nothing of the sort was offered. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Public transport. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and free parking availability. We did experience some room maintenance issues, which affected our overall stay.
